About this deal

The Auctioneer may in his sole discretion delegate to a person whom he believes to be competent to conduct the auction in accordance with these Conditions. If at any time the Buyer in any way breaches or defaults under any of these Conditions, the Auctioneer reserves the right (without prejudice to any other rights) to issue proceedings 28 days after the Buyer’s initial default or breach of these terms.
